  • Horizontal Directional Drilling - PWC's boring equipment and fleet allows for conduit/pipe placement in public and commercial environments ranging from simple utility easement work to complex multi-duct structures. Our diverse fleet helps us increase production by matching the proper equipment to field conditions.
  • Cellular Site Construction - PWC's turnkey installation experience includes both private property and right-of-way cellular site construction. PWC has a proven ability to construct projects and meet on air dates.
  • Path Creation - Our state of the art directional drilling, trenching, rock sawing, utility locating and general construction equipment combined with our efficient work force allows us to complete projects with in-house resources in a timely manner.   • Utility Locating Services - Utilizing our Surface Penetrating Radar (SPR) equipment in conjunction with conventional locating methods enables us to locate unmarked underground utilities/vaults/manholes and possible running-line obstructions prior to excavation. This process helps to alleviate outages, construction holdups and change orders after a project has launched.
